Since 1986, Dr. Ghazal Srinivas has carried Telugu Ghazal across continents through more than 10,000 concerts. His distinctive performances combine traditional attire, Kanjira accompaniment, literary interpretation and Carnatic and Hindustani ragas.

To inculcate Sanatana Dharma, the spirit of the Indian freedom movement, and patriotism among the youth, Dr. Ghazal Srinivas introduced the Jai Hind Cricket League, creating teams named after various national heroes with the goal of promoting cricket across the country. It is now gaining widespread popularity.
It is a historic event for the first time in the world that an honor pillar is being erected in the name of a singer. On the occasion of Ghazal Srinivas creating three Guinness Records, Parliament Member Shri Lagadapati Rajagopal inaugurated the 30-foot Dr. Ghazal Srinivas Guinness Honor Pillar in Palakollu town. Every day, many of his fans take selfies at the pillar and celebrate.
Dr. Ghazal Srinivas has the credit of organizing short and feature film festivals on topics like Sanatana Dharma, temple protection, Telugu language development, prohibition of narcotics, road accidents, and environmental protection, and dedicating those films to society.
During the Andhra State bifurcation period, only one unification song was heard: "Emunnadi! Emunnadi?" (What is it! What is it?).
This was a song written for Dr.Ghazal Srinivas by Dr. Rentala in 2001. The song, sung by Dr. Ghazal Srinivas so soulfully, excitedly, and thrillingly, touched the hearts of crores of people.
Rising above politics and investor aspirations,Dr. Ghazal Srinivas led the unification movement not for the land, but for the bond between Telugu people. Ghazal Srinivas has a heart that madly loves the Telugu community and language.
Even after the state's division,his journey is one of bliss, continuing with people from both states for the glory of the Telugu language.
