Film Career:

Dr. Ghazal Srinivas acted in many drama competitions from his school days and won Best Actor awards many times. He acted as the lead in numerous dramas like Uppena, Kokkaroko, Charitra Putilalo Maro Page, Padma Vyuham, Garibi Hathaavo, Election Melam, Etthuku Paai Etthu, Prema Sagara Madhanam, Hang Him Death, Fourth Monkey, Waiting for Mahatma and received awards.

He was introduced as a hero in the 1999 film Vichitram, directed by the Comedy Brahma Sri Jandhyala. In the 2006 super-hit movie A Film by Aravind directed by Shekhar Suri, he shone in a special role and won many Best Actor awards for his wonderful performance. In the film Sri Bhagavad Ramanuja directed by Smt. Manjula, he played the roles of Vishnu and Sri Ranganatha. In the film Anushthanam, based on a story by Gudipati Venkata Chalam, he acted as the male lead, with Madhavi Latha as the female lead.

Playback Singer:

Dr. Ghazal Srinivas sang playback for the film Attack directed by Sri R. Gopal Varma. This is the only film song he has sung as a playback singer.
For the filmsVichitram (where he was the hero) and the yet-to-be-released Anushthanam, he sang the background songs for his own roles.

Abhishekam TV Serial Title Song:

Dr. Ghazal Srinivas composed and sang the title song for the mega TV serial “Abhishekam” produced by Dr. Dasari Narayana Rao and won many awards as the Best Singer.
He also sang the theme song for the program”Nee Badi Pilusthundi” undertaken by Andhra Jyothy and ABN TV and received many awards.
